Exclusive Membership Email Management (up to 9 emails per month)

Platinum MembershipEmail Management (up to 15 emails per month)

General Services: (i) Assisting clients in understanding email content through our communication system, (ii) Providing translation and interpretation of email content as requested, (iii) Explaining details within the email content and clarifying information, and (iv) Offering potential next steps related to the email content. Our company will perform these services in a manner we deem reasonable.

  1. Communication System:To facilitate our email management and translation services, clients are required to upload email content to our designated communication system and request assistance through this platform. All communication between clients and our company must be conducted via this system.
  2. Translation Services:Our company will provide translation services for email content into the specified language as part of our service. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the translation; however, we cannot guarantee that the translation will be free from errors or omissions. If the email content is sensitive or critical, we recommend that clients seek independent verification.
  3. Response Time:We will strive to respond to client requests for translation and email content assistance within a reasonable timeframe. However, we cannot guarantee a specific response time, as this may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the volume of requests received by the company.
  4. Member Responsibilities:Members acknowledge that our company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by third parties (such as postal services or courier companies), nor are we responsible for handling or storing physical mail.
  5. Privacy, Confidentiality, Data Protection, Indemnification, Termination:The terms outlined in Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8 of the previously provided General Terms and Conditions for Email Management Services also apply to these General Terms and Conditions for Email Management and Translation Services.

By using our email management and translation services, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions. Members are advised to keep a copy of these terms and conditions for their records.

Mail Management and Translation Services General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope of Services: Our Mail Management and Translation Services include:

Gold Membership: • Mail Management (up to 9 letters per month)

Platinum Membership: • Mail Management (up to 15 letters per month)

Diamond Membership: • Mail Management (up to 25 letters per month)

General Services: (i) assisting clients with understanding the content of their mail through our communication system, (ii) providing translation and interpretation of mail content upon request, (iii) explaining details and clarifying information within the mail content, and (iv) offering guidance on potential next steps related to the mail content. These services will be performed in a manner deemed reasonable by our company.

All communications between clients and our company must be conducted through this system.
  2. Translation Services: Our company will provide translation services for mail content in the languages specified in our service offerings. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of translations; however, we cannot guarantee that translations will be free from errors or omissions. Clients are advised to seek independent verification if the content of the mail is of a sensitive or critical nature.
  3. Response Time: We will endeavor to respond to client requests for translation and mail content assistance within a reasonable time frame. However, we cannot guarantee a specific response time, as this may vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the request and the volume of requests received by our company.
  4. Client Responsibility: Clients acknowledge that our company is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by third parties, such as postal services or courier companies, nor are we responsible for the handling or storage of physical mail items.
